How to export your CRM
Pick your CRM below for step-by-step export instructions. If yours isn't listed, most CRMs let you export contacts from Settings → Data or a "Reports" section.
Jobber
  1. Log into Jobber → click Reports in the sidebar
  2. Click Client list
  3. Top right: Export → choose CSV
  4. Include columns: Name, Phone, Email, Last invoice date
  5. Download the file, then upload here
Housecall Pro
  1. Log in → click Customers in the top nav
  2. Click the filter icon → set filters to "All customers"
  3. Top right corner: Export button
  4. Choose CSV format and include contact info + last service date
  5. Download, then upload here
JobNimbus
  1. Log in → click Contacts in the top nav
  2. Click Search → set your date range or leave blank for all
  3. Top of the list: Export button
  4. Choose CSV and include Name, Phone, Email, Status
  5. Download and upload here
AccuLynx
  1. Log in → click Reports
  2. Select Customer List report
  3. Set date range: All Time
  4. Top right: Export to Excel or CSV
  5. Download and upload here (both .xlsx and .csv work)
QuickBooks
  1. Log in to QuickBooks → click Customers in the sidebar
  2. Top right: click the gear icon or Export arrow
  3. Choose Export to Excel
  4. Open the file, delete any columns except: Name, Phone, Email, Last transaction date
  5. Save as CSV, then upload here
Google Contacts / Gmail (fallback)
  1. Go to contacts.google.com
  2. Left sidebar: click Export
  3. Choose Google CSV format
  4. Download and upload here — we'll clean and dedupe
My CRM isn't listed

No problem. Look in your CRM for Settings → Data Export, Reports → Client List, or a Contacts section with an Export button. Almost every CRM has one somewhere.

Just make sure you export: Name, phone, email, and the last date they were a customer (if you have it). Everything else is optional.
